Due to the nature of incense and fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
