All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. Because our incense are hand-prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high demand.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
